A Little About Me
Over 20 years and 7000 vehiclesI began my career in the automotive industry in 1999 at the age of 24. The internet was just being introduced into the industry and I wanted to be one of the first ones to be a part of that enormous change that was about to shake up this crazy business.
After the first few months of getting acquainted with the processes and opportunities with selling online, I began to realize that my true passion was really to help people and be different than any other salesman. I wanted to “wow” my customers with a purchase experience that was nothing like they had ever had prior when buying a car. I would quote bottom line pricing over email and phone. I would have the car ready and detailed ahead of time along with the paperwork ready to be signed before they arrived. The goal was to be different, to stand out and to give people hope that buying a car doesn’t have to be torture!
I focused on my knowledge on every aspect of buying and leasing cars. I learned about financing, leasing and also DMV rules and regulations. I wanted to be able to answer any question that came my way. I always believed that the customer should only have to speak with one salesman throughout the whole process.
23 years later, over 7000 cars have been delivered to happy and “wowed” customers. My passion and beliefs are still the same.
